A supplement featuring four villains who work for hire: a renegade soldier in a prototype battle suit, a former supervillain turned metahuman mercenary, a technical prodigy in a light-refracting suit, and an ex-Triad enforcer who fires explosive blasts. They can serve as adversaries in campaigns involving drug shipments, corporate espionage, gang protection, or hired muscle. These characters pursue payment rather than world conquest, providing flexible threats for a range of encounters.
