Merlin: Arthur Expansion

Adds King Arthur as a new figure who competes to influence the search for a successor, granting tactical benefits and extra rewards to knights over the course of play. Introduces an additional rondel that overlays the base game's rondell; Arthur alone may move along his internal track in either direction to activate actions and bonuses. Includes new components and mechanics such as Picts and Arthur’s ring, expanding available action spaces and interaction with the existing Merlin base game.
