Mini Rogue: The Council

Players take the role of adventurers arriving in a doomed city ruled by a power-crazed regent and his manipulative council. The game uses a deck-driven, card-by-card exploration of randomly generated alleys and encounters, forcing players to manage resources, gain levels, and upgrade skills as threats escalate. Sessions support solo, cooperative, or competitive play depending on whether the base game is present; an Overlord module enables competitive matches. A linked campaign mode continues the story from the base game campaign but can be played independently. All content is compatible with the core game.
