A single promo tile that serves as a replacement HQ for any faction. Once per turn, its controller chooses one universal special feature from the other available HQs, marking the choice by placing that HQ next to the board. Available features include increased initiative, melee or ranged attack, toughness, mobility, rotation, or push back.
