Nukleum: Mecenáši

Adds Patron cards that tie to specific Experiment boards and give each Experiment a distinct patron identity. Each Patron card shows the patron’s occupation, artwork, and a short description, and links the card to one of the six Experiments previously identified only by letter. Players use the Patron information to reference and differentiate Experiments during play, with each Experiment now associated with a named patron role (e.g., Banker, Captain of Industry, Mistress Inventor, Junior Minister, Councilor, Madame Engineer).

Otázky k pravidlům

Odpovědi z pravidel od asistenta pravidel Ludoya.

Do we have to use the Patron abilities, and when can we use them?

Players agree during setup whether to use them. If used, each ability can be used once per game, costs the listed VP, and may be used at any point during your turn; flip your Patron card to mark it as used (pp. 3–4).

Does my Patron determine which Experiment board I get?

That depends on the setup method: you can take the matching Patron when choosing an Experiment, use Patron cards in the Expert Variant, or deal each player a random Patron that determines their Experiment board (p. 3).

Can Captain of Industry urbanize or industrialize without meeting the network requirements?

Yes. Spend 3 VP while performing an Urbanize or Industrialize action to do it without network requirements (p. 4).

What rewards does Banker let me get again when I fulfill a Contract?

Spend 3 VP while fulfilling a Contract to gain its non-VP and non-Technology rewards again; you do not repeat its VP or Technology rewards (p. 4).

Can I use Councilor if we aren’t playing with Court of Progress?

No. Return the Councilor card to the box if you aren’t playing with Nucleum: Court of Progress. When available, Councilor lets you spend up to 10 VP to gain that many Thaler minus 1 (pp. 3–4).
