Players return to Paris as established developers competing for the most prestigious properties around La Place de l’Étoile and the Arc de Triomphe. The game adds new bonus tiles and strategy tiles that alter scoring and grant each player a unique power, with opportunities to change powers by placing keys on the Arc. Players draft and place building tiles, manage resources and keys, and vie for control of high-value locations along the Champs-Élysées to maximize income and victory points.
