This supplement presents a Silver Age supervillain inspired by the atomic scare: a walking nuclear weapon with an unpredictable trigger finger. It details a Power Level 12 antagonist who may remain calm or erupt into destructive violence. In combat, he opens with eye blasts, uses his strongest attack repeatedly, switches to an X-ray blast when grappled, and unleashes a nuclear blast when attacked from multiple sides.
