Poor Tristram is a board game for 0 players.

A Dungeon World setting inspired by the first Diablo game, presenting a steading and interconnected Campaign and Adventure Fronts centered on the ruins beneath Tristram. Heroes confront threats including the doomed King Leoric, Lazarus and his schemes, the Butcher, and Diablo’s search for a host. The material provides loose adventure arcs rather than a fixed map, allowing the group to map or freely explore the dungeon. It also supports adding monsters such as Fallen Ones and Goatmen, along with setting-specific magic items. The Fronts can change in response to the characters’ actions, altering which dangers advance and who becomes Diablo’s next host.
