A bustling port city in the Duchy of Starryshade stands near the disputed border of Pryston Realm. Traders bring goods from across the known world, while a defensible harbor and war engines protect the port under the watch of the local lawkeeper. Adventurers can explore gambling halls, libraries, shops, and other locations, seeking items, transportation, and information. Rumors spread through the cobblestone streets and can be investigated, confirmed, or disproved. This 5th Edition adventure setting is designed for use in the Filbar Duchy of Starryshade campaign and can be adapted to other settings.
