Adds three previously published expansions that introduce new worlds, developments, and player roles centered on rising tensions in the galaxy. Players explore alien artifacts, uplifted races, and political intrigues as they expand economies, colonize worlds, and develop technologies. New cards and role tiles create fresh strategic choices and interaction, including mechanics for provoking alliances, rebellion, and open conflict.
