This 16-page supplement explores xeph culture, philosophy, society, and views of other races. It provides new character options for xeph characters, including the Alacris and Wind Adept prestige classes, 14 feats, and three racial specialty options: Xeph Marksman, Xeph Psion, and Xeph Thoughtsinger. The supplement also introduces three pieces of equipment, including a new material and an option for soulknives to channel their mind blades.
