A tactical naval wargame covering actions in American waters during the American War of Independence. Twenty scenarios range from one-on-one frigate engagements to fleet battles involving more than 20 ships of the line per side. Players maneuver sailing warships, manage combat, and resolve historical engagements using researched scenarios and commentary.
