Rurik: Stone & Blade

Players compete as rival dynasties in medieval Rus, expanding influence through construction, conquest, and political maneuvering. Core content adds new options and variety with little extra rules overhead, while three separate modules let groups add one or more systems: one for constructing powerful, “epic” buildings that provide long-term benefits; one for warfare and capturing enemy units to ransom or remove opponents’ forces; and one for managing and suppressing rebel factions that disrupt control. Requires the base game to play.
