Saboteur: Rock Gold

Three special Rock Gold cards add optional intermediate objectives that award extra Gold points. At the start of each round, the player to the right of the Start places one Rock Gold card face up on any empty space between the Start and Destination cards (not adjacent to either). The card stays in place for the round. The first player to build an uninterrupted path from the Start to that Rock Gold card claims the displayed Gold points by taking the corresponding Gold card or token and placing it in front of them. A player can secure those points either by declaring they quit the round (play no more cards but keep their role hidden) or by continuing to play and being on the winning team at round end; if they continue and their team loses, the claimed Gold is returned to the reserve.
