Shards of the City

This system-neutral fantasy RPG supplement provides encounters and events for populating a game city with memorable residents. It includes 25 detailed encounters with plot hooks for future interactions, along with 50 additional character and scene descriptions. The material focuses mainly on humans, while many encounters can be adapted for other ancestries, with occasional orc and goblin characters included. An index helps game masters find ideas for specific situations.
