A short investigative scenario of Cthulhu Mythos horror set in Arkham. When tobacco magnate Reinhart Laine is found dead in his high-rise office, Investigators discreetly examine his political connections, business rivals, and the secret behind his company’s popular green-smoking cigarettes. The investigation uses newspaper-based resources from Dateline: Lovecraft, Issue #1, and is not a self-contained scenario. Clues lead through a mystery involving industrial influence, a bitter mayoral race, and the possibility that something more sinister lies behind the cigarettes’ reputation for bringing good luck.
