Speedster

This ICONS Superpowered RPG supplement presents a ready-to-use archetype for a hero who moves faster than most others can perceive. It provides a basic character build, suggestions for typical roles, and variations to explore. Gamemasters can also use the archetype as a foundation for quickly creating superhero or villainous NPCs.
