Players take on roles from a familiar undersea town and play cards themed to its characters and items, such as money, a clarinet, Krabby Patties, and an invisible boatmobile. Cards change the rules, alter hand and draw limits, introduce new goals, and let players steal or give themed items. The game starts with a few basic rules and grows in complexity as players add rule and goal cards, so the conditions for winning shift throughout play. Games combine luck in card draws with tactical choices about which rule and action cards to play.
