Players spend three seasons each year moving through the wilderness, gathering resources, hiring specialists, and resolving events before returning home for winter and tallying gains. This edition bundles the base game with an expansion that adds four optional modules. Each module introduces new tiles, actions, or variability that players can mix and match to change setup and strategic choices across repeated plays.
