Tabannusi: Builders of Ur – Tantrum House Promo

Adds new powers to the Port District via three small Ship tiles and one Harbormaster tile, provided as a promo for the Tantrum House campaign. The brown Size-1 ship grants the printed Water-tile bonus when a Water tile is placed on a space with a printed bonus (once per turn). The white Size-1 ship allows, once per construction, paying one green resource to place both a Water and a Garden tile in the same space. The yellow Size-1 ship lets a player pay 1 gold upon constructing a building to immediately score that building (ignoring surrounding Gardens). The Harbormaster tile advances the owning player one step on each Mastery track.
