A promo project card that converts existing milestones into immediate income and terraforming rating gain. When played, it raises the player’s terraforming rating by 1 for each milestone they already hold, and during the production phase it generates 2 megacredits. The card functions as a one-time TR boost tied to milestone count plus a recurring small MC production, integrating with standard project play, production rounds, and milestone mechanics.
