Set in 1980s New Orleans, players portray members of a private investigation agency confronting murders and occult threats in a city where modern life collides with ancient magic. The game is cooperative and app-driven; each player controls a distinct Beaumont agent with unique skills and a developing personal story. Players investigate crime scenes, gather clues, interrogate witnesses, and manage resources while facing supernatural hazards such as curses, voodoo practitioners, and nocturnal creatures. A linked campaign structure presents multi-scenario cases and branching choices that affect characters and the city, tying individual destinies to the evolving narrative.
