The Day after Ragnarok (Savage Worlds)

An alternate-history setting follows World War II after the Nazis summon Ragnarok and the United States uses its atomic bombs to destroy the Midgard Serpent. Three years later, the serpent’s immense corpse stretches across Europe and North Africa, dividing battered nations and reshaping the world with saltwater, venom, and devastation. Players navigate a post-apocalyptic 1948 filled with fractured governments, surviving city-states, strange creatures, and unfamiliar technologies. The setting combines wartime pulp adventure with sword-and-sorcery influences, as characters operate among the remnants of the United States, the British Empire, Stalin’s Europe, and other emerging powers.
