The First Heresy

Rahadoum’s Laws of Man forbid devotion to any god, leaving the nation without divine healing or other religious magic. When a mysterious plague strikes the coastal villages, the Pathfinder Society sends the party to escort a cleric of Sarenrae and protect a secret research project. The cleric must be smuggled into the affected region while the party contends with the Pure Legion, Rahadoum’s anti-religious defenders. Characters face investigation, disease, and combat as they try to protect the cleric and avoid execution for violating the First Heresy. This Pathfinder Society scenario is designed for characters of 5th–9th level and begins the Heresy of Man campaign arc.
