The Obsidian Keep (LL)

The Obsidian Keep (LL) is a board game for 0 players.

A low-level fantasy adventure of exploration, mystery, and dungeon delving. After a fleet of holy warships disappears while attacking the Obsidian Keep, the characters investigate the wrecked harbor, a refugee shanty-town, ruined castle grounds, and the keep itself. They can rescue sailors, recover lost treasures, question NPCs, negotiate with factions, and uncover the fate of the keep’s sorcerous masters, with combat threats ranging from undead and mutated creatures to cultists and other horrors. Designed for characters of levels 1–3, the adventure includes maps, room descriptions, NPC notes, dialogue prompts, stat blocks, original creatures, magical items, and treasures. It supports approximately 8–16 hours of play.
