The Ogress of Anubis

An Egyptian-themed fantasy adventure for characters of levels 4–6, compatible with 0e, 1e, BX, and related retro-clones. Azeneth, the high priestess of a temple devoted to Nekhbet, is accused of sacrificing and consuming children from nearby villages to increase her power and wealth. The characters investigate the disappearances, explore the temple compound and surrounding region, confront wandering monsters and temple inhabitants, and attempt to rescue the missing children. The adventure includes regional and temple maps, encounter details, adaptable monster and NPC statistics, a new animal mummy with seven variants, twelve pre-generated NPCs, ten continuing adventure seeds, and additional unkeyed maps for tombs, caves, and a sunken city.
