...Thicker Than Water?

A one-round Living Greyhawk Highfolk Regional adventure set in the Highvale and beyond for characters of levels 1–15. The Watcher has spent decades measuring the opposition’s influence on the Balance and now moves to act, forming an unholy alliance with forces once defeated by an earlier generation of heroes. A separate alliance offers unexpected hope. This scenario is the second part of the Waits and Measures series.
