Tianxia: New Starting Buildings Promo

Three new starting building tiles are added to their respective stacks during setup. They provide additional effects during the Income phase, including placing a Neutral Worker on a Barge to gain resources, choosing one of two drawn Regular Bonus tiles, or placing a Delivery marker on an available ship space in the Yan region to gain its reward.
