It details their history, place in the wider world, and the purposes that shape their rule. The supplement includes False Queen options for Pathfinder 1e, Pathfinder 2e, and 5E, with new feats and traits for each system. It presents 18 rulership purposes, 13 Pathfinder 2e feats, 8 Pathfinder 1e feats and 2 traits, and 2 feats for 5E.
