Transatlantic Rails

Transatlantic Rails is a board game for 2–4 players. It plays in 300 minutes and is meant for ages 12 and up. Ludoya players call it best with 4.

Combines the two base maps and adds ocean shipping between continents. Each player has a freight train on each board and a freighter that carries commodities across the ocean. Trains and freighters must be co-located in the same port to load or unload cargo unless a warehouse is built in a port to store commodities for $10. Freighters take three turns to cross the ocean and can be upgraded to a heavy freighter to increase capacity from two to three commodities. Transatlantic deliveries pay double. Port cards, freighter pieces and warehouse markers are included as components to be prepared before play.
