This supplement introduces Destiny’s Rock, an intergalactic freedom fighter who abandons his ideals and surrenders to the hero community to pursue revenge. His villain sheet, backstory, and customization options support different interpretations of the character, while two encounters provide ways to bring him into an ICONS campaign and explore whether the heroes can redeem him.
