Players vie to control Neo-Paris as executives of rival mega-corporations in a near-future setting where people escape into virtual universes. Each turn grants three actions to recruit agents, generate income, construct servers, launch new Verses, or boost reputation. Illegal or aggressive moves can draw Interpol or activist attacks, creating risk-management choices alongside engine-building and area influence. The game focuses on strategic action selection, resource allocation, and conflict resolution as players expand their presence across the city and its virtual layers.
