Virus! Halloween

Halloween-themed card expansion that adds spooky cards and a mutant organ to the base deck. Players shuffle the new treatment cards—including color thieves, failed experiments, alien transplants and trick-or-treat effects—into their existing set and use them alongside standard virus and organ mechanics. Cards introduce new interactions and surprises that alter hand management, organ protection and attack options during play, while the artwork reinforces the macabre hospital theme.
