Welcome to La Petite Mort

Players take on the role of the Reaper’s son, tasked with eliminating residents across a neighborhood using theme-specific methods of death tied to the game’s actions. The expansion integrates with either base game independently, altering objectives and introducing new mechanics: when used with the roll-and-write system players target particular residents and apply faster, streamlined death options linked to pool, car, and park interactions; when used with the original card-driven game players pursue new Diploma objectives, focus on collecting older inhabitants while avoiding younger ones, and employ an added write mechanic that changes card play. Components are compatible with both games and modify core strategy and pacing.
