Whisper Campaigns

A supplement for Numenera focused on political intrigue in the opulent and dangerous courts of the Ninth World. It introduces rules for intrigue campaigns and a separate Intrigue Cypher system, along with 36 Intrigue Cyphers, six Artifacts, and 100 Oddities suited to espionage, seduction, and political maneuvering. The supplement also details eleven noble houses, seven twisted knighthoods, and the kingdom of Iscobal and its capital, Mulen, where five factions compete for the throne. New Descriptors and Foci support characters tied to these houses and orders.
