Players study eight consonant letters on the board and race to write a word. The first player to submit a word starts a 30-second timer; that player is treated as the fastest and everyone else has the remaining time to write their entries. Words may include any letters, but scoring depends on matching letters from the board and the column in which each letter appears. After the timer ends, players resolve scores in turn, compare results for small bonuses, and the fastest player can earn an additional bonus based on how their score compares to others. After seven rounds, players total their best five word scores plus bonuses to determine the winner.
