Will you produce prestigious whiskey or a broken-down spirit? Invest in barrels from renowned distilleries, manage a limited budget and actions, and age the whiskey as part of the production process. Each barrel gradually loses volume through evaporation, forcing choices between aging for greater value and protecting the remaining spirit. The player with the most profitable whiskey portfolio wins.
