Stellar Horizons
Lead one of seven Earth factions as humanity expands across the solar system from 2030 to 2169, with each turn representing a year. Players manage a national space program: fund research, develop technologies from advanced rockets to space elevators, design and build robotic probes and crewed vessels, and deploy outposts to harvest minerals, organics, and fuel. Movement and transfers follow realistic orbital mechanics; missions return scientific data that unlocks new capabilities. Players balance economic development, diplomacy, and military preparedness, trading with or confronting other factions and NPCs. Scenarios and campaigns support solo to seven-player games and offer technological, terraforming, or interstellar colonization victory paths.

Balleflass4.0 One of the worst rulebooks I have ever read. After having played the game a couple of times the feeling of discovery and expansion wears off and ends up being very boring and repetative. Much prefer High Frontier 4 All.
