Atlantic Triangle

Players command merchant fleets in the early 18th-century Atlantic, sailing between Europe, Africa, and the Americas in competition for wealth and influence. They purchase ships, load goods, respond to changing supply and demand, and trade across three continents while facing storms, pirates, and rival merchants. Players establish and maintain bases and hunt pirates to acquire victory cards. Different combinations of cards provide varying amounts of victory points, and the first player to collect cards worth ten points wins.

Got gifted a copy, but everything about it is a big yikes. The box states you'll be trading "merchandise". When you open it up, you find out that most of the merchandise is slaves (which the rulebook occasionally refers to as "African products"). After reading the rules, it's clearly not anything sufficiently special to warrant home-brewing a retheme; it's just a bland slave-trading simulator. Won't be introducing this to my group.
