Bootleggers

Players act as rival bootlegging bosses in 1921, building stills and speakeasies, hiring muscle, and shipping illegal liquor across the map. The game combines area control and resource management as players produce hooch, expand distribution networks, and invest in protection or bribery. Negotiation, temporary alliances, and opportunistic aggression shape interactions while players allocate crews to run operations, influence local law enforcement, and intercept rivals’ shipments. Victory is driven by earning money and controlling profitable territory while balancing risk from competing gangs and federal agents.
