Caporetto 1917
Simulate the Battle of Caporetto on the Italian Front during World War I, where Austro-German infiltration tactics confront Italian static defenses. The campaign covers October 24–27, 1917, across the front from Mount Canin and Rombon to the Tolmino bridgehead, Cividale, and the Friuli plains. Players command opposing sectors and race to achieve objectives as the Austro-German forces advance. The system includes artillery, gas and mine attacks, Stosstruppen, Arditi, and other specialized units, with small scenarios covering specific episodes and an alternative campaign allowing Italian reserves to be deployed freely.
