2004 · Abstract Strategy
Cargo
Players take the roles of competing dockworkers during a chaotic tea-smuggling episode in colonial Boston. Each turn, players move their worker, pick up and deliver crates of tea, and can interfere with rivals by shoving or blocking them to disrupt deliveries. The game resolves objectives through area movement, crate management, and tactical confrontations on a modular board. Victory depends on balancing covert bribery tasks with publicly scored deliveries while managing physical contests over space and cargo.
