Cats' Warfare

Players act as ruthless politicians maneuvering public opinion to win elections. Nine policy cards are laid in a row with a public opinion marker beneath them; each player has a secret role that links one or more positions in the row. On each simultaneous reveal round, everyone plays one action card attempting to shift the public opinion marker, accuse opponents, or otherwise manipulate visibility and alignment. Play continues until the public opinion marker reaches an end card or each player has played ten cards. At the end, the player who holds the card that matches the position above the public opinion marker wins.
