Cthulhu Fluxx
Players play cards that continuously change the rules while pursuing eldritch themes from investigators to cultists. Cards alter draw and play counts, hand limits and victory conditions as players collect Keeper cards to meet ever-shifting Goals. Creeper cards and special artifacts interfere with winning combinations and force sudden reversals as sanity and alliances shift.

Is not as funny as the Monty Python one, but it has more depth. The art is great and the mechanics are so chaothic that suits well with the Cthulhu madness.
