Players act as royal advisors competing to shape the court’s balance of power by manipulating noble personalities as if they were puppets. On a turn, players choose between conspiring—adding puppet cards to their tableau and using spy actions to peek at opponents’ collections—or intervening by discarding a card to perform effects like cheating, stealing, or initiating duels between puppets. Play continues until the deck is exhausted, then players reveal their collections and score power based on the nobles they control; the highest total wins.
