Players take the role of rival tribes of lice vying to infest a little girl’s hair on a sunny beach day. Each player manages a hand of lice cards with different abilities and values, playing them to occupy strands, provoke conflicts, or manipulate turn order. Rounds proceed quickly as players add, move, and challenge lice on a shared tableau; hand management and timing determine which tribe controls key positions. The game resolves when infestation goals or elimination conditions are met and the player with the most successful influence wins.
