Everdell: Mistwood
A shadowy threat hides in the depths of the forest, sending spiderlings and traps to undermine the valley’s peace. Players face a new adversary in solo or two-player games, managing resources, building a tableau of critters and constructions, and countering the villain’s sticky schemes. Additional content introduces heroic characters from previous legend packs and new seasonal elements that alter farm production and timing, adding modular options to the core engine while keeping the same worker-placement, tableau-building play.

Does Nightweave pay for cards or gain resources when she visits a location?
No. She ignores card costs and does not gain or lose resources, cards, or points from visiting locations; if an effect gives her resources, discard them and give her that many cards instead (p. 9).
How does Nightweave decide which action to take from an Activity card?
For her current season, she tries the first listed action; if she cannot, she tries the second, then does as much of the default action as possible. A location being occupied does not automatically mean she cannot use it (p. 11).
When does Nightweave Prepare for Season?
Once she is in the Meadow and all her workers have been placed, she must Prepare for Season if she draws an Activity card requiring her to place a worker or Nightweave herself. She returns her workers and herself to the lair, resets the Activity deck, and receives the next season’s bonuses (p. 16).
Is Nightweave always in the same season as the human players?
No. Nightweave has her own Activity deck and season marker, so her season may differ from yours (p. 9).
How do I play a Legendary card for free?
Discard the card named in its red banner from your city; otherwise, you must pay the Legendary card’s resource cost. A Legendary card creates an extra city space, cannot be discarded, and cannot be copied (p. 5).
When does the game end, and who wins a tie against Nightweave?
Nightweave’s game ends when she reaches the end of autumn and must Prepare for Season. After both sides finish, compare scores; you must score more than Nightweave to win, so a tie goes to her (pp. 17–18).
