Fluxx

Players play cards that change the rules as the game progresses. Each turn typically consists of drawing cards then playing cards, but rule cards can modify how many cards are drawn or played, hand size limits, and other basic mechanics. Goal cards set the current win condition and can be replaced by other players, so the way to win shifts throughout the session. Action and keeper cards add interactions and resources that interact with the active rules. Multiple editions and themed variants supply different card sets and promo cards.
