Hamilcar: Silver Edition

Shape history with legions or fleets. Rome or Carthage? Decide across the Mediterranean. This asymmetrical, card-driven wargame for two players uses Strategy Cards to maneuver armies, fleets, and generals, recruit troops, build warships, control provinces, and trigger historical events. Victory comes through capturing the opposing capital, controlling more provinces at the end of the final round, or removing all opposing political control markers. Carthage can also win if Rome controls fewer than three provinces at the end of a turn.
