Hannibal: Rome vs. Carthage

Card-driven, asymmetrical two-player simulation of the conflict between Rome and Carthage around 200 BC. Players play Strategy Cards to move commanders, recruit and reinforce troops, contest provincial political control, and trigger historical events. Military engagements use a separate set of Battle Cards to resolve combat outcomes. Victory comes from achieving dominance across both military and political fronts, reflecting the interaction of operational maneuver and political influence rather than pure force.
